Send a letter of intent to bid for the NPPTA Tournament to one of the addresses below. Include the following items:

a. Year(s) for when your organization wishes to bid to run the tournament.

Also include available dates, i.e. July 25-31, if possible.

b. Description of host facility and satellite courts available.

c. Host hotel information along with other available hotels.

d. Volunteer capacity.

e. Airport, transportation logistics.

f. Social events and special activities.g. Other reasons for your site.
